How I Met your Mother was initially premiered on 9-19-2005. As season starts, Ted Mosby(Josh Radnor) is telling her son and daughter the story of how he met their mom. Ted is a 28 years old architect and he has two best friends, Marshall Erik(Jason Segel)son who’s a law student and Lily Aldrin(Alyson Hannigan) who’s a kindergarten teacher. Lily and Marshall are in love for each other for the last nine years and are getting engaged. Their engagement made Ted to think about his marriage and his mate and Ted starts his search for his soul mate. Ted starts falling in love for Robin who’s a young reporter but it’s one sided love as Robin doesn’t feel as he does. Victoria is a cupcake maker to whom Ted meets in a wedding and he also starts dating her and his intention is to make realize Robin that she also has feelings for him. At the end of the season, he again starts dating Robin. Lily breaks up with Marshall and decides to pursue an art fellowship in San Francisco. Season finale ‘Come On’ was aired on 5-15-2006.
